Lugosi Autosport responds to Yelp Reviews

Yelp has got to be the most unfair company in the world, Lugosi Autosport has over 30 positive reviews and Yelp Buried them in what they call a Filtered Status, and only display's a few negative Reviews costing us thousands in lost business, HOWEVER: if we PAY 400 dollars we can "unfilter" the positive review's I mean for goodness sake, there's one review from amanda, she orders a one thousand dollar suspension and just because it's taking upwords of 13 working day she demands a refund, we can't get a refund from OUR supplier, we have to give her OUR money, we explained that we will honor her request to avoid a bad review but to please bare with us because the money is coming out of our personal pockets, and she STILL leaves a bad review with half truths, Gus is another one initially Gus had given us 5 stars and PRAISE, we hired him to post ads on craigslist, we fired him due to insubordination , so he changed his "consumer" review...nice..thanks yelp, Than you have Denise, She comes in and orders the wrong part, she owns a 1993 mercedes clk the little ones..she orders a bumper for an 03 or 09 I don't recall, so she refuses to pay for it, insists we should just give her a free bumper since "we can't use it anyway" This isn't Mc Donalds people..Lugosi Autosport By far San Diego's best source of euro autoparts and JDM accessories BAR NONE, Lugosi Autosport beware it is coming to get you competition will soon be out of business.
